At Maika, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
